Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville, Inc. Announces Joint Venture with National Home Health Care Organization to Advance Care in the Home

The health system has formed a joint venture with CommonSpirit Health at Home, part of the largest non-profit health care system in the country, to expand services and enhance access to quality home-based care. 

MADISONVILLE, KY - October 3, 2023 – Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville, Inc. and CommonSpirit Health at Home have formed a joint venture to provide home-based health care services in Western Kentucky as Baptist Health Deaconess Health at Home.

Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville, Inc., a leader in providing exceptional health care services where and when patients need them, has formed this new joint venture with CommonSpirit Health at Home to enhance their services, assure a stronger and more versatile organization and to expand its home care service offerings and value-based solutions.

This alignment is in step with a growing trend where health care organizations across the country are aligning to maximize patient access to resources, while leveraging best practices and implementing innovative care solutions.

As of October 1, the new joint venture will provide quality, compassionate home care to patients by integrating CommonSpirit Health at Home’s state of the art electronic medical record system, Homecare Homebase with its successful chronic disease management programs that have helped position 73% of their home care locations to be rated as a 4 Star or higher in a pursuit of clinical excellence.
