Care@Work

All full-time, part-time and PRN employees have access to a Care.com Premium Membership. This membership includes unlimited access (24 hours a day, seven days a week) to Care.com to search for or recruit local caregivers, including nannies, babysitters, tutors, distance learning helpers, adult caregivers, pet walkers or sitters, house cleaners and more. Compliance and Privacy Reporting Hotline

Our Reporting Hotline is a toll-free line dedicated to confidential reporting of serious concerns relating to known or suspected violations of laws or regulations. If you suspect illegal or improper conduct, you can call 1 (800) 845-4310 or visit the confidential website by clicking here.

CommonSpirit Pathways 

CommonSpirit Pathways offers an expansive learning catalog across our ministry. The online learning system provides direct access to all required education such as Annual Compliance, Monthly In-Service Courses and Safety Education. CommonSpirit Pathways also offers optional education to help employees develop personal and professional skills, such as free CE courses and leadership development. Login to Pathways now.

Please Note: When logging in to the system for the first time after the launch on November 10, 2023, your username will remain the same and the new default password is: Commonspirit@00.

GO2 Partners 

GO2 Partners, formerly known as Prograde, is a third-party vendor supplying sales and marketing materials for our organization. Employees can sign on to the new ordering site through the Company Intranet by clicking on the Sales and Marketing tab or access directly by clicking here: GO2 Partners Ordering Site. ITS Service Desk (Help Desk)

The ITS Service Desk supports all technical needs for CHI Health at Home and its employees. The ITS Service Desk supports all home care specific applications along with company-issued applications and hardware. LifeMart

At CommonSpiritI Health at Home, we care about our employees’ financial well-being. We have partnered with care.com to provide a free LifeMart discount program available to all employees. LOACentral 

Employees can initiate a Leave of Absence request through LOACentral or by calling the LOACentral Contact Center at (833) 534-0100. The Contact Center is available Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm ET. 

MyCSH

The portal to the CHI Health at Home employee self-service site within PeopleSoft is called MyCSH. MyCSH allows employees to view their paycheck, review their contact information, and enroll in benefits. Log into MyCSH now.

The Work Number

The Work Number is an automated service to provide proof of employment or income verification. The Work Number is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Work Number protects your personal information during the verification process. This secure service is used when you apply for a job or loan including a mortgage, lease an apartment or other instance where proof of employment or income is needed. Please Note:

Firewalls will prevent access to web-based platforms such as the Company Intranet, in addition to our group drives (ex: P Drive), unless employees are connected to the company network. If you need access to these platforms, please connect to the network using your workstation or laptop, prior to logging in to the system you need.
